Eyeglasses Frame Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies only to eyeglass frames and excludes prescription lenses. Returns and exchanges are not applicable for promotional items such as Free Prescription Glasses and Special Deals.

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The frame size is not suitable for you.
• The frame color is not as expected.
• A new collection has been released, and you prefer the latest styles.
• You changed your mind after seeing a friend buy the same frame.
• Family members or spouses disapprove of the style.

Refund & Exchange Terms & Conditions

• Non-Refundable Items:
  ❌ Optician fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  ❌ Prescription lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged once processed.
  ❌ Designer frames are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  ❌ Free Prescription Glasses & Special Deal Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a prescription error caused by us.

Steps for Returns & Exchanges

1️⃣ Contact Our Customer Service – Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Return the Item – Ship the eyeglasses back within 7 business days of receiving them.
3️⃣ Provide Tracking Details – Share the tracking number and reference code of the returned glasses with our customer service team.
4️⃣ Return with Accessories – Ensure the glasses are returned with their original case and cleaning cloth.

🔹 Frame Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different frame, any price difference will be charged accordingly.
🔹 Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to progressive, bifocal, and trifocal lens orders.
