Important Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

• Condition of the Item: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We do not accept items that show signs of wear or damage.
• Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for returning the item via courier at their own expense to our address.
• Packaging Requirements: Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Damaged items will not be accepted.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa or JazzCash within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Exchange Processing: If you choose to exchange an item, we will dispatch the replacement once we receive your returned parcel.
• Out of Stock Items: If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

Steps to Follow for Returns & Exchanges

Step 1: Pack the Parcel Safely

• Ensure your item is securely packed to prevent any damage during shipping.
• Take a photo of the packed parcel before shipping as proof.

• Once we receive your parcel, our representative will contact you for confirmation.
• Your refund/exchange will be processed within 2-3 business days after verification.

Prescription Glasses Return Policy

We understand that ordering prescription glasses requires precision. Please note the following terms:

• Refunds for Prescription Glasses: The additional cost for prescription lenses is non-refundable. Only the base frame price will be refunded if the prescription is correct but the customer no longer wants the glasses for any reason.
• Incorrect Prescription Cases: If the prescription is found to be incorrect, we will recheck it. If the error is on our side, we will issue a full refund, including the prescription amount.
